Land Parcel 0443B 353: Area 29,482 sq. ft. or 0.7 acres. This parcel is freehold; “fee simple” in US terms. This parcel is designated Residential/Touristic for development purposes and was previously granted Planning Approval in Principle for 12 large, luxury apartments; now expired but can be reinstated

Waterfront: The width of the property at the waterfront is 103 feet with a water depth of about 12-15 feet.

There is no road to the north side of Marigot Bay – which is served exclusively by boat. The nearby La Bas beach, is a safe swimming beach, located within 200 yards of the property and can be reached directly from the property in under 2 minutes via a boardwalk along the edge of the mangroves.
